Before doing so, please kindly read the following carefully.
Commercial returns
Goods that are cancelled and/or wrongly ordered can be returned within 3 months. These goods can be returned if undamaged, in perfect condition, and submitted in an outer box with the return form inside.
Return costs for a commercial return €45 (excl. VAT). Repacking costs where necessary €25 (excl. VAT).
Complaints / defective products
These are goods that are defective or returned for other reasons. These goods must be submitted in an outer box with a return form and description of the complaint, which can also be placed inside the box. This can only be done after consultation with our After Sales department.
After receipt, the returned product will be assessed by our After Sales department. If the product you submitted is rejected, defective, damaged, or carelessly presented, we will return it after written consultation or charge fees:

Goods that cannot be returned
Goods with an order value under €150 (excl. VAT)
- Goods that have already been assembled
- Components from a set
- Goods that exceed the 3-month return period
- Goods that are incomplete
- Goods presented inappropriately or without packaging for no prior reason
- Goods not provided with original, undamaged, and unmarked packaging
